After taking on what we had started - the monumental task of emptying the house of furniture, everyday items and mementos - they then planned and scheduled prepping and inspections. Ed and Therese Milestone were a dream to work with. Within 3 weeks of beginning our search for a home, they had found us the perfect house that has proved to be a great fit for our family. Both Ed and Therese went out of their way to educate us on the process, as we were first time home buyers, and they kept us informed at each stage of the process. We never felt any pressure from them, and they were extremely patient with us as we navigated the often difficult San Francisco market. It was obvious to us that both Ed and Therese know the City and its real estate well, as they are both San Francisco natives. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to win against an all cash offer. My wife and I worked with Ed and Therese to purchase our first home, and we couldn't be happier with how it went! They were always available for us (since this was our first home purchase we had a lot of questions!), and brought a lot of insight from their years in Bay Area real estate. When our lender ran into some process/talent snags when we were closing escrow, they were super helpful in project managing the timeline, and establishing check-ins with the relevant parties in order to make sure we closed on time. I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without them! We also loved their home-buying seminar that they hosted on Zoom - we attended one at the beginning of our home search and we're so glad we did. Not only were we able to ask them questions, but they also had a mortgage representative from a local bank join, so we were able to ask some general financing questions as well. We would recommend Ed and Therese to any of our family and friends looking to buy a home in the Bay Area!

The Milestones are a truly exceptional team. They both have individual strengths but when combined its magic. In 2018, my wife and I had been burdened with the task of getting my parents home on the market for over a year since moving my mom to assisted living. It was so fortunate to have been introduced to Ed and Therese. They took the time to listen to our issues and situation. They then drafted a plan of action and a timeline which was spot on every day. They made the whole process seamless and always went out of their way to help us any way they could. The transformation of the home by the time it staged was incredible! The home was sold expeditiously and well above asking price. We were just floored by their professionalism at all times. Our family will be forever grateful.
