Where do I even start! This incredible woman completely singlehandedly made my dreams of becoming a homeowner come true! She is a woman of integrity and pure heart. She literally held my hand the entire process, from the time we started touring properties to the last moment when I signed papers and got the keys! She went out of her way day and night to keep me informed of every step. She comforted us every time there were set backs in the process, she fed my kids pizza when we had to come out to the property for inspection, she stayed on the phone with me countless number of times to explain every process in detail, she literally was at my side 24/7 from beginning to end. She clearly is about making her clients her number one priority. Genelle made sure I got the best deal possible and fought for me when things went south. She never left me high and dry or confused, at any time, during the process. She was never unavailable, she answered every single call and every single email. She literally handled all the footwork so I didn't have to. Do not go with an agent that is only concerned with their commission, you want someone like Genelle in your corner. Trust me, buying a home is NOT easy, there are so many steps, so many rules, you do NOT want to go into this process without someone like Genelle guiding you. As a first time home buyer I can honestly say I wouldn't have been able to get through this process without her. The process is long and grueling and extremely bipolar with many ups and downs. The average person, even after researching, can not navigate this process effectively without a trained professional (with years of experience) like Genelle and her team. I highly recommend Genelle Rich with Easterby and Associates. I will always be grateful to this woman for making my dream come true!

I worked with realtor Linda Guevara, who was absolutely phenomenal. I live 2 hours away, I'm a super busy single working parent with a demanding job and 3 teenagers in my household, so Linda made sure that the few times I had to travel up the mountain, everything was efficiently organized. We communicated mostly by text and signed documents by email. She gave me a list of local contractors, called several companies on my behalf and even stopped by, when the temps dropped, to make sure the cabin was warm so that the pipes wouldn't freeze! I felt taken care of and she was always available with a wonderful personality. You just cannot go wrong hiring her for you buying or selling needs. She's 1st class!

Excellent and personal service with honest and straight forward and fair representation ! Loved dealing with Dan who took the time to do research on what I wanted and only pulled up listings in my price range and those that ticked my wish list ! He nailed all the locations and set up a practical viewing route list to save time and energy. I made an offer the same day on the perfect cabin for my families needs !
