Laura Croft5 StarEast and Ivy helped us sell our home in record time, helped us find contractors to help with minor repairs, helped us get a early closing because we were moving to another state. They helped us even after the closing with picking up packages that were sent to our sold home. I recommend East and Ivy for looking for a new home, or selling they are the team you want working for you.

Michael Hardgrove5 StarEast & Ivy helped us find our family a home while we were living overseas. Their realtors went out of their way to video call us so we could “see” homes on walk throughs (as if we were there ourselves). They knew exactly what we needed to do to get the home we wanted. Additionally, they work with Atlantic Bay Mortgage as their recommended lender. We used a VA Home Loan and Atlantic Bay had the absolute best interest rates (out of three companies we spoke to regarding VA Home Loans). We never would have known about Atlantic Bay without Nicole and her wonderful team informing us. Also, we’ve had over 15 friends in the last 6 years find their homes through East & Ivy and everyone had found exactly what they were looking for because of them.
