So I use to come here often and they would get my order good. But this past year up until recent it’s been a mess. The hash browns are always over cooked to the point of hard, which is a shame because the recipe is so good. I then get a croissant and it’s usually cold and hard. Then I’ll ask for cheese and that’s also cold, when I specifically ask for it melted. There is no win, there. However tonight I go to get a cappuccino paid 8.32 because I asked for expresso(which is fine) but I get it and there is no whip cream or caramel like the photo and like I had once before. I went back in to ask and the staff said I would pay an additional 80 cents for whip and extra for caramel. She was nice about it but it’s like why have it in the photo then tell me it doesn’t come with it. Which I thought was strange because I have came here and got this same thing with the toppings idk. I love the hash browns here but the food quality isn’t it. Service was decent, but I get why my friend drive right past here and go straight to Starbucks even though this is closure. Food quality isn’t good and this is been every time I come.

I love Carmel iced coffee. But the last few times I have been I either get Carmel no sugar or sugar and no Carmel. Today is a cake topper. We ordered extra sugar and cream and NOTHING!! No carnal no sugar & light cream!! These employees are rushing around and playing instead of getting orders right. So I will not spend any more money there. For management do something with y’all’s people please!!

We waited in the drive through for upwards of 45 minutes with only about 4 cars in front of us. When we finally arrived at the drive through speaker we were told to wait another 10 minutes. Once we finally got our food we were greeted with a mediocre stale croissant chicken sandwich which was not cooked all the way through.

Truly "THE BEST" DD that my family and I go to. We are not from there, but play in tournaments at the Advent Center and every time we are in town, we get our FULL from what they serve. The food and drinks are always fresh. Very clean and do notice that when we go in there, there is ample employees taking orders at DT and at the register.. Always someone there cleaning the tables. Can't say enough about this location, their food, and their service! Give them a try if you are in town and you will truly taste what donuts should taste like!
