I don't normally complain. I always like Dunkin Donuts but this location is disappointing. I order Latte with Oat milk with vanilla shot, and when I pick it up, It taste like Coffee with cold water, No flavor at all. I told the stuff that this is not what I order but all they did is put a little bit of oat milk. I don't like making a scene and argue with people. But this people working in this location looks very Unhappy and unwelcoming. They don't even smile and looks like they just came in to work to get paid. Very disappointing with customer service.

Website says they have curbside pickup. I called in an order at 5:45 to be picked up curbside at 6:45. At first I was told there was no drive-thru; I explained that I just wanted curbside pickup and was told that was OK. I pull up at 6:50 with an 8-month old, a 1 year old, and a 6 year old in my car (the reason I wanted curbside pickup) to a spot with a sign indicating it's for curbside pickup, although it's almost completely blocked in a by a motorcycle and a huge van whose drivers are both inside the restaurant. I put my blinkers on and call to have my order brought out to me. The woman who answered said I need to come inside to pay. I told her that the reason I ordered curbside pickup was that I was alone with 3 little kids in the car on my way to work, so could they please bring my order out, and the woman just hung up on me. I have many family members who work and have worked in the restaurant industry, so I am sympathetic to the demands and regular poor treatment by customers, but this is absolutely ridiculous. First time I've felt it necessary to complain about a restaurant in my life.
