Team Tritle (Jean and Ken) are the BEST! Ken Tritle could not have been more caring, reliable, communicative, thorough, patient, and informative. Finding a new home can be a bit of a roller coaster ride. Ken not only came along for the ride, but he also became a trusted friend in the process. From the first phone call to the day he put the keys to our new condo in our hands, Ken was advocating for us all the way. He has a vast knowledge of the communities he serves. He answered every question promptly and accurately. Even after the closing of escrow, Ken continues to help us out by sending names and numbers of various vendors and providers in our new neighborhood. Ken and Jean were wonderful to work with. Ken was such a good listener and attuned to our wants and needs, and open with advice when asked. We always loved listening to his descriptions of 55+ communities on their website: Dreamwell Homes, that we felt honored to have him as our buyer's agent. He always got bookings for times and days we needed and always arrived early. Jean was super efficient in preparing our offer with accuracy and sweetness. I would highly recommend Ken Tritle as your realtor who will only have your best interests at heart. He also wrote a beautiful cover letter to our offer which we found very impressive.

We recently purchased a house in Oceanhills. The house had previously been in escrow twice, and the sale was tied up in probate court so it was not a straightforward purchase. Fortunately, we had Ken Tritle as our Realtor and using his full knowledge and experience he was able to solve all the issues that arose and guide us through the purchase to a successful outcome. Furthermore, Ken did so with a very steady and calm demeanor and managed to keep us relatively calm too. Ken went beyond the normal service you might expect a realtor to provide, helping us to design a kitchen remodel when we were at a distance and could not visit the property ourselves. Throughout the process we often told each other how fortunate we were to have found Ken The Real Estate market in San Diego is very different from the ones we are familiar with, in that there are a multitude of private communities each with their own different set of features; over 55, gated, golf course and swimming pool, manufactured homes or regular and each with its individual microclimate. Fortunately Ken is an expert on all of these communities and was able to direct us to the one with the features we were seeking, and to find the house that really suited our needs.
