Doug is everything one hopes for in a realtor. He is honest, reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and just an all-around fantastic person. I was new to the home buying process, and he walked me through step by step from beginning to end. Doug does not cut corners and is a steadfast advocate for his clients. He helped me to find my house in a tough market, and was patient with all my questions and concerns. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for and to tailor the search. He often brought up important points or details I had not thought of when examining homes, and steered me in the right direction. When it came time to purchase the house, he made sure every part of the process (inspections, documentation, lending, etc.) was well thought out, fair, and swiftly taken care of. I highly recommend Doug Reynolds as a realtor and will happily work with him again in the future for purchases or selling.

If you are looking to sell or buy a home, you want someone like Doug Reynolds on your side. Doug is exceptional at his job. He has a thorough understanding of the market and the process of either selling or buying a home. He is meticulous and leaves no stone unturned. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Doug Reynolds. He is honest and hands-on (he even cleaned my pool and raked leaves!) I received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks to Doug’s incredible work. Doug brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. He also brought in a designer to help stage our home, which helped make it more appealing to a larger group of potential buyers. His marketing is top notch and can't be beat!. Doug was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. From start to finish Doug was very responsive, kind, and a constant professional.
