After several years of good service here, when I ordered by phone, there was no live person to speak to, just a computer program. When I arrived, my name was on the board showing my pizza would be ready in 1-5 minutes. But after waiting awhile with other unhappy customers, an employee asked who I was was. When I told him my name, it became apparent that no one even had my order. I had to tell him what I ordered, and no one had started making it yet. The new computer system does not work, and the cash register was frozen, too

We have been favoring this location since its opening with complete satisfaction, but I have noticed recently that portion sizes have shrunk. Pasta primavera was only 1/2 an order as compared to previous orders, pepperoni pizza was scant, and Philly steak sandwich didn't have enough "steak" on it to cover the bread. If this was just a bad week or due to inexperience, I'll overlook it. I understand also that they have to make a profit while not raising prices, but this was ridiculous. We order 2-3 times a week for 5 people, but if this is the new normal we may have to look elsewhere or start cooking ourselves (ugh)! Please take the appropriate measures needed to get back to your previous standard.

The WORST dominos, wanted to change one pizza on order, I called they said they would change it. They did NOT change order. Asked if he would bring me what I ordered and take this back. He said ,"NOT without a tip, you scratched thru tip on receipt" What the rude boy did not know, I had cash in hand for his tip, he got extremely indignant , said he works for tips . At that point I grabbed the pizzas out of his hand, cursed at him . when he told me I could not talk to him that way I reminded him that I just did I then threw the $4 tip on the ground at him and told him I was calling the manager he said he was the manager and took a few steps toward me , I told him you're trespassing I'm gonna call the police if you don't leave I felt as though he was going to hit me I called home office, no response 😡

This location is fraudulently taking delivery orders and charging your card and giving an estimated delivery time, but they are not delivering. I tried numerous times over an hour to contact this store to see if my order was received as the tracker stated "preparing", but no answer. What they are doing is illegal.
