I paid $600 for a limo for my sister's birthday and we were brought home early! We left a club we were at for barely an hour and asked to be brought to another location for our remaining time, just to be brought back home! The driver agreed to bring us to the second location but completely did the opposite and brought us home without letting us know. Completely unproffessional and a rip off. I will never use them again. The speakers in the limo also didn't work I had to bring my own.

My sister rented a limo from this company for my birthday and I would never use this company when I plan a party. She wrote an honest review regarding the company just to get a response saying "sorry but" and responds with lies. This isn't the first review that they received that was negative and doesn't even provide any sort of positive feedback that the company will work on to ensure things like this doesn't happen again. It is true that the driver said his speakers were not working. Why would we bring our own speaker to play music? When our speaker ran out, he had his own personal bluetooth speaker that he gave us to use. I honestly think he didn't want to deal with the noise. He kept the window open the whole times so we did NOT have privacy for one second. The driver uses a navigation system that did not take us to our proper destination and we had to use our phones to show him where to go. We did NOT complain about that but the driver wouldn't mention that? The overtime fee was NEVER discussed and we would have been more than willing to pay for more time if returning home late was his concern. We rented this service to have a good time and money would never have been an issue. We left our destination at 1:10AM, not 1:30. This makes a difference when you are talking about traffic. We gave the address to our next destination to the driver and he acknowledge the address. He did not mention he could not take us. We noticed we were going home when we passed the stadiums on the highway. When we reached home, the driver was basically rushing us out of the limo and LEFT at 2:40AM. My brother in law came out to help clean and he told us not to worry about it. Saying the limo was "trashed" is extremely exaggerated because the owner is getting a bad review. As for the business owner, we give this owner 0 stars and recommend you take some sort of training course on customer service and leadership. This review shouldn't even get a star. We have no choice but to give you one. EDIT: The Driver was nice and we felt safe while he was driving. I do not want to discredit that. He just need to work on communication with his clients.

One of the better limo companies (possibly the best) in the Wilmington area. Have used them 4 times over the last 6 or 7 yrs and everything is always above par!!
