Wade was the best most professional I could have asked for!! He held me and let me cry on his shoulder and didn't treated me like less of a man. 2 grown bearded men standing in the parking lot 1 embracing his feelings and 1 just letting it happen has never been a more beautiful thing. Once I quit crying, for the most part, Wade had a great idea on how to fix my problem with the car. He couldn't get me to stop crying but he held my hand until I calmed down enough to talk. He fixed my issue, pics will be attached along with a pic of me so you know Wade had his hands full, and patted me on the back and wished me a great day and even followed me a few miles to make sure I had no issues. Can't say enough about him and apparently the people who employe him because that company is amazing. Will call them again if ever needed.

This was the BEST experience and there's why: my keys were locked in my car. I had somewhere to be in less than an hour and my insurance company quoted me “90 minutes average response time.” Jordan from Dirty South was at my door in less than 20 minutes. He even called to say “I'm here but I don't see the vehicle.” He arrived in a crisp uniform with a smile on his face and was extremely polite. When the usual methods weren't working, he did not give up. At one point he said "maam, we may need to call a locksmith." But he still didn't give up and eventually was able to hook his tool through the loop on my keys which were situated on the center console. It took about 20 minutes and by the end we were both sweating. I don't know what this guy makes per hour, but it's not enough. He was the epitome of good business and I'm super grateful for his service!

Had to call AAA for a tow and got Wade from Dirty South. He called and gave me his location and approx time till he met me. Super nice guy, professional and once on site, super fast. Was very pleased with my experience!
