I was SO lucky to hear about Dino from the liquidator who was clearing out my parents' house. I live in Maui and my folks had been in their San Francisco home for 50 years. It was so full of art and other collectibles I was considering letting it go as-is to avoid the hassle of repairs and cleaning (and the commission.) But when I met Dino I was so charmed by his demeanor that I signed right away. He explained how special the house and neighborhood was . He had all the contacts for flooring, painting, window repairs, locksmith, gardening ,cleaning, hauling and staging. The workers all loved working with him so they got things done super fast and for better prices than I could find. I didn't have to stay in town organizing all of that. Best of all, the house looked so good it sold for $1million OVER asking-a 53% increase and closed escrow in less than a month! I was so happy to show Mom how nice her old place turned out and what a great job Dino and his associate Ryan Richard did selling it. Things went so smoothly and turned out way better than I could have imagined.

In all honesty, after having bought and sold a few homes in our time, Dino is one of the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with. He came highly recommended by a friend who's home he also helped buy, and boy was she right! Within less than two weeks, we went from finding a beautiful high-quality home here in SF, to putting together an offer, going a few rounds of negotiation, to finally close for significantly under asking! All this during Covid too! The entire time, Dino made us feel we were in good hands. He was easy-going, patient, thoughtful, respectful, helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Dino's also deeply knowledgeable about so many aspects of real estate in San Francisco, from each neighborhood's people, prices and appreciation, to the real estate agents of SF, to the construction quality of homes, insurance decisions, renovations and contractors, and more. He’s a hell of a negotiator too when it comes down to price. But even beyond being savvy about price, Dino made us feel we were being smart and thoughtful about buying the right house for us. He really spent the time to get to know us. He knew we were stretching financially to buy our house, with all the stress and worry that entails. He knew this was a big deal for us. So we appreciated the many conversations he had with us to ensure this was a solid decision 360°. Now, after a few months of hindsight, I’m happy to say we have no regrets worth mentioning about our purchase. He’s even been a great friend and resource and now that we’ve moved in, recommending quality people to help us take care of our home (plumbers, electricians, etc), and eventually do some renovations. Dino did an absolutely terrific job for us. His abilities in helping us find our home and secure it were excellent from beginning to end. We never ever felt rushed to complete a transaction. Dino was tireless in trying to find what we wanted and patiently searched for a long long time. Once we identified the home, his instincts during the protracted negotiations were outstanding. I’m absolutely certain he saved us a lot of money, probably multiples of the fee that he very deservedly earned.
