Darla recently sold my home in Fresno and WOW! She is an absolute dynamo!! The process could not have been easier as she handled EVERYTHING! To be honest she picked up the slack for the buyers out of town realtor! Darla arranged for a staging company that did a spectacular job that made the remodeling home shine to its full potential. The home was sold in EXTREMELY short order. Darla was also an excellent sounded board while we discussed which of the numerous offers we had to received to accept. I apologize for the year long lateness for this review. I have to say if it wasn't for Crystal from Real Living Diamond Realtors, I would not have the flourishing life I have now. The process was quick and smooth and accessing the data and signing was very easy to use especially with covid now. I really liked how she has connections for everything each buyer would possibly need let alone, the prices on them were very fair. I just wanted to say thank you as well.

This review is long overdue. Crystal is an amazing realtor, knows the Fresno/Clovis and surrounding areas, and we worked with her for two transactions. She helped us buy our wonderful home 3 years ago and then recently worked with us to sell our house. Crystal is extremely professional, responsive, knows everything about the business, and is an advocate for her clients. What makes her especially stand out is her knowledge and experience about the real estate business, learning from and working with her family who are long-time realtors. And she used to be a teacher, so she explains everything in a non-jargony way. She will explain market conditions, what you can expect throughout the whole buying or selling process, and support you along the way. When we first moved to Fresno almost 6 years ago, we were interested in buying a home. I was connected with many realtors, and so many were unprofessional and not responsive. These were realtors working in the bigger offices. It was frustrating the number of realtors I contacted and attempted to work with. We were so happy to find Crystal and would work with her again in a heartbeat.

I was in a position to sell a home as part of an estate from across the country and was at loss in regard to selecting an agent. After speaking with four or five agents I narrowed my search down to three and scheduled myself to meet with all three when it was time to make the trip cross country and list the home. Crystal was the first agent that i met with and after our meeting concluded I canceled the other two meetings and listed the home with her. She handled every aspect of the transaction and kept our family updated every step of the process along the way. You could choose to go with a company with a "BIG NAME" however in my humble opinion you will lose that personalized service. Crystal's knowledge, attention to detail and communication skills made the entire process quick and painless - did I mention that we also received four offers within the first week. You will not be disappointed...Crystal is the real deal...not a part time job for her like so many in the industry.
