Declan is an Irish-born, long-time resident of the East Bay. Having traveled, lived, and worked all over the world, he chose to call the Bay Area home because it stands out as an incredible place to live and raise his kids. 

A licensed Realtor since 2004, Declan joined Red Oak Realty in 2010. A Bulgarian-born lover of the Bay Area, Denitsa has been engaged in a variety of outreach programs to make the world a better place one consciously selected project at a time. Her decision to make the East Bay her home was deeply intentional and is a reflection of her faith in the quality of East Bay life.   

Denitsa became a Realtor in 2021 following a successful career as a licensed esthetician and simultaneously as an image consultant, a passion of hers following graduation from Fashion Styling at City College, San Francisco. With her eye for detail and her infectiously upbeat mood, Denitsa is a very energizing business person staying always focused on her client’s goals.
