As we moved from New York to California, it was a high priority to have an experienced, trustworthy, and intelligent real estate representative. Our blessing was Debra Dunne! She helped us find our exact dream home, everything we wanted in the area we most desired. She stood by us through the process as she listened to us, considered our opinions, and gave us solid advice. Her knowledge and self-confidence gave us a feeling of trust and provided us with security. She assisted us with every aspect of our home purchase as we remained in New York. Unfortunately, due to last-minute flight cancellations, we could not attend the closing. Debra became our eyes as she navigated us through our last days before closing from her vacation in Hawaii. Her dedication was very admirable! We highly recommend her because she is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, and experienced. We would suggest to everybody wanting to buy or sell a house to use a real estate representative who cares, listens, and knows how to navigate the business. We found all of these qualities in Debra Dunne. We knew the quality of person she was when she scheduled our first call and said she could speak with us after she finished volunteering at the animal shelter!!!! We are extremely grateful for her commitment to helping us purchase our beautiful new home!

Debra was very friendly, patient and made the process for a first time homebuyer seamless. Being a first time home buyer in this market was especially challenging but Debra’s knowledge, understanding, and overall professionalism helped us get our house only after two weeks of putting offers out. We were worried about the horror stories of being rejected over and over, having to get into bidding wars, cash offers and needing to remove all contingencies. However, with Debra’s help, our third offer was accepted without any bidding, all contingencies still in place, and using only 5% down. After our offer was accepted we ran into an issue with the house not appraising. Debra advised us to get another appraisal which would utilize new market information. This ultimately led us to getting the appraisal at what we offered so we did not have to put down additional out of pocket money. Debra was by far the best part of the home buying experience. She was available to handle any concerns or questions even after hours if it meant providing us with the help we needed. I cannot recommend Debra enough, we will definitely be using her for our next purchase.

As a First Time Buyer I was very impressed with Debra. Debra sat me down and explained the buying process to me so that I understood and knew what to expect. The first thing she had me do was get pre-approved so we knew what I could afford. She told me that not all agents are created equal and not all lenders are created equal that it is important to work with the right person. She gave me several lenders to speak with. Debra is a local agent and knew all the pluses and minuses of different towns and condo communities. Debra did not just sit back and wait for new properties to come on the MLS. She networked with other local agents, and we were able to purchase a property before it came on the market. I will use Debra for all my future real estate needs and I would recommend Debra to anyone thinking of selling or buying.
