Dusty Wooddell1 StarDavid was completely absent and unprofessional during the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home in Parker, AZ. He and his assistant consistently sent me documents to sign with errors that had to either be caught by myself, the mortgage company or the title company. Furthermore, he left on vacation without notice days prior to my closing date (which he was completely unaware of) and wasn't available to provide much of a service or advice of any kind, let alone one that commands such a steep commission. He would not return phone calls and only communicated via text message or through his assistants - messages which were one way conversations with no replies to my responses or inquiries.
