When I first met David Blume, he explained that his job is more service than sales. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of the local market. He educated me on selling my home and both the implications and benefits. Ultimately, selling my home was better than renting. As my selling agent I couldn't imagine anyone better. He advised me on staging my home to obtain the best price possible. David also took amazing pictures to accentuate the best details of my house. In addition, he went the extra mile to take my trash cans up when I was out of town. I couldn't ask for a better realtor in selling my first home! Got me over asking price within a weekend. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with!
