To be honest they didn’t disclose the fact that our apartment had a severe termite infestation when we first moved in which ended up giving me a chronic cough by the time we ended the lease. My friend and I were college students in 2020 when the pandemic started and when it was time for us to leave, Davi Properties kept $175 from our security deposit for “covid cleaning”. When I spoke to Linda she agreed that we had left the apartment cleaner than when we got it as we had even cleaned the blinds which were caked in dust when we started renting. They ended up returning only $75 for “our troubles.” Which was honestly pretty humiliating considering the pandemic had just started and my friend and I were college students with little to our names. We were always responsible and paid our rent on time. It felt like we never really got respect and they didn’t care about our concerns since we were just some college students to them. Maybe others have gotten a good experience renting with this management company but responsible college students beware.

I've known Michael since we were kids playing youth sports together. He's a local kid like me with a long family history on the Monterey Peninsula. He recently helped me purchase my first home, and I have to say the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish. Lots of people warned me in how difficult the home buying process would be, especially for first timers, but I did not find that to be the case here. Everything was much easier than anticipated and that's all thanks to Michael and his team.

Michael and his father John did an exceptional job of selling our home. They were patient and listened to what we wanted as far as a profit, and how much our maximum was for repairs. They had creative ideas for handling negotiations, and those suggestions were a win-win for us and the buyer. In a difficult market where homes were taking months to sell, Michael negotiated our sale the first day the home hit the market. It was such a huge relief to not have the added stress and uncertainty of whether the home would sell or not. I highly recommend the Davi Properties Group for your real estate needs. I know I will be turning to them for my future real estate endeavors. They are very professional and kind.

Everyone at davi property group was very professional and communication was excellent. I felt nothing was too much trouble. The whole team was always very polite and helpful. I had a few viewings of different houses but the team really understood what I was looking for and I never felt pushed by anyone. They really just kept in touch trying to find the right house for me. Would highly recommend.
