I booked a limo with Dave’s Limousine about a month ahead for airport transportation. This was a special trip as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. About a week prior to our trip I received a cancellation email late one night. I was hoping this was some sort of mistake because at this point I had very little time to find transportation elsewhere. The next day I called and left voicemails and Dave’s never returned my calls. Instead they sent another email saying this was not a mistake. I received no explanation, no apology, no courtesy of a phone call. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for transportation needs. Dave’s limousine is not a reliable business and the customer service is awful.

Great experience! Used them for my sisters 21st birthday, and will definitely be using them again. Our driver, Steve was prompt, polite and accommodating. The bus was very clean and the perfect size. Pricing very competitive and well worth it!! Highly recommend.

Sergio was so kind and accommodating. He took us to our destination and made sure they were ready for us to come in so we didn’t have to stand outside. He then texted me before we left the event and let us know that it had started to rain and to let him know when we were heading out so he could be ready for us. He never made us carry anything and he was such a gentleman. This is all probably standard practice but it was such a pleasure to ride with Sergio. I will absolutely book with this company again. The price was competitive and the experience was fantastic. Even the customer service when booking.
