I called on Thursday afternoon and spoke to a woman. She set an appointment for 0830 on Monday and said that "Clint" would come to my home and give me an estimate. Well, Clint never showed up and it's now Tuesday afternoon. I called 4 times between 0840 and 1100 trying to find out why they were no shows. I left a message twice. They never returned the calls. Seeing as I changed my schedule to be at home for the appointment and they couldn't even be bothered to cancel, this company is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Now that I read these reviews it's obvious that they're highly rated because of 5 star reviews from friends, family, employees and some of them are reviews from the same person multiple times. Shady.

After a long search we selected Dave Capps Electric to help us remodel our home that we purchased. The home was badly damaged by Hurricane Michael. The whole crew was prompt, polite, professional and was the most pleasant experience in the whole remodeling process. They kept meticulous records of all the work and did a great job of putting the home back together. I cannot say enough good things about them. A no-nonsense straight forward and honest company. I will call no one else.

Electricians were on time and installed replacement outdoor lights. Follow up work to replace defective light fixture was also done promptly. Good price for the job. I recommend them.
