Real Estate is Danny’s passion. Danny holds a BA in Economics, BS in Landscape Architecture, and a Masters in City Planning from M.I.T. He has remodeled multiple residential properties, developed affordable housing, and negotiated largescale housing developments on behalf of the City and County of San Francisco. His development experience helps him coach his clients on which remodel projects will be fun and exciting! and which will ruin their marriage. Danny leverages his knowledge of buildings, the permitting process, and neighborhood trends to help clients secure the dream property that fits their lifestyle and their budget.
Born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley, he enjoys doing transactions on both sides of the Bay. He currently resides in the Castro District, his mother nearby in South Beach, and his grandmother in Nob Hill. He is a proud member of a dwindling group of San Francisco natives.
He has no children, no cats, no dogs – though he is known to dote on a chocolate lab. He really has very few distractions that prevent him from being entirely responsive to his clients’ every question and need. When he’s not reading reports or writing offers he enjoys biking, hiking, climbing, and teaching improv.
Increasingly inspired by the communities that he serves, Danny gives back a portion of his earnings to Bay Area nonprofits. You certainly don’t have to work with Danny, but he fears you might be seriously missing out if you don’t.

Charles Kerl5 StarDanny assisted me and a few friends in purchasing our first real estate property in Spring 2021. He knew we were on the hunt, and looking for a place that could be fixed up with some hard work and time, and identified a fantastic property. With Danny's help we were in contract on our first offer and negotiated down the purchase price given some inspection issues. Danny also helped us navigate some lender and insurance hurdles that likely saved the deal. I would recommend Danny for anyone looking to purchase their first home or an investment property - he is excellent at spelling out the details and strategy, and clearly articulates the reasoning behind what he is doing or recommending. Purchasing a home is just as stressful as I imagined it would be, but many of my concerns were eased with the knowledge that Danny would step in and come to bat for us if the situation required it. Kristen Craig-Reed5 StarMy husband and I began our homebuying journey with Danny Yadegar by taking one of his virtual First-Time Homebuyer Workshops that he offers each month. This was an excellent place to start the process as it helped us learn the basic terminologies associated with homebuying and the various steps involved. Also, we appreciated that Danny didn’t sugarcoat the difficulties of buying a home in the Bay Area. It is tough out there and you need a realtor by your side that you can trust. Buying a home is also very emotional, with so much money on the line and trying to imagine your family living somewhere you’ve only viewed once or twice. Danny always made time to listen to our worries and concerns and helped to guide us through them.
Danny is an expert in the local real estate industry with bonus knowledge of building structures. When we toured homes, Danny would always seek out the home’s crawlspace to determine if there were any potential issues. When we had concern about an unusual foundation, Danny arranged a consultation with a structural engineer, giving us the information and the confidence we needed to be the winning bid!
Now that we are all moved into our charming bungalow, we can’t wait to have Danny over for a glass of wine to toast our new home. We would recommend Danny for anyone looking to buy; in particular other first-time homebuyers like us.Thursday 2nd September 2021
Malcolm Bowles5 StarWe certainly threw a challenge Danny’s way: we were a group of five buyers, good friends, who were set on co-owning a large 1970s ski house in Tahoe. I’m not sure Danny had ever worked with a group of buyers quite like this, and I don’t believe he’d had much experience working in Tahoe, but you wouldn’t have known it from the way he deftly handled each challenge that presented itself. The sellers (yes, there were multiple of them too) and the local realtor were not making things easy on us, but Danny kept us well-informed every step of the way. Not only did Danny skillfully navigate the shifting emotions of each member of the group, but he helped build consensus by gently advising where appropriate, backing off, and letting us figure it out when that was the only way forward. Working with Danny allowed us to experience moments of peace, or at least acceptance because he freely offered his insight and helped us educate ourselves, bringing clarity into what can be a very alienating and obtuse process. Danny was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, and I would recommend him without hesitation to any buyer looking for a low-stress, high-reward experience.Tuesday 21st September 2021

From the start, Danny was fully invested in helping us find the perfect home; he worked hard to set up showings for us that fit into our tight schedules, allowing us to see every house we wanted to see. Eventually, we found our perfect home in Oakland - an area Danny knows very well. He made sure to go to bat for us every step of the way - his main concern always was to find us our dream house, for the fairest price (truly a buyer's agent and acts solely in the interest of the buyers). Danny made the process smooth for us, gave honest opinions and sound advice during the negotiation process. I truly can't sing enough praises about Danny. Janelle Bercun5 StarWe did not expect to come away from our first home purchase with a new friend! We can’t say enough positive things about our experience working with Danny. The process started with an hour and a half zoom call where Danny wanted to get to know us - he asked us all about our lifestyle and how we envision building our community. He took the time to really get to know us, which was crucial as we looked to him for guidance and support. We then attended Danny’s first time buyer’s workshop, where he took us through the entire process. This was SUPER helpful to do ahead of time so we could be prepared for the fast paced process. By the time we actually started looking at homes, we already knew and trusted Danny. Danny was honest and reliable throughout the process. He was never pushy, and completely supportive. He was incredibly patient and generous with his time, answering all of our questions thoroughly.
