I'm not sure I can properly convey what a great experience we had selling our home and buying our new house with Danielle and Jurg. Truly, I never knew a real estate transaction could be so smooth and gratifying. From day one, Danielle and Jurg were smart, thoughtful, attentive. No question or concern was too small or too much trouble. They dealt with absolutely everything-- never saying no and always finding a way to make whatever was needed to happen. Their attention to detail, follow-through, and dedication were just amazing. They complement each other so well, with Jurg on top of every tiny technical detail, and Danielle keeping track of all needs and possible outcomes and always three steps ahead. Danielle has impressive intuition and was a huge emotional support without ever overstepping boundaries or intruding in any way. Danielle and Jurg have an incredible team of professionals in their quiver, all who know and respect them and are eager to work with them, so they were able to get our very lived-in house market-ready in ten days, and sold it in another two. When I decided I wanted to sell my house, I reached out to Danielle Salk at Eleven Real Estate Group. I found her through a referral from a friend, and I had no idea at that time what an amazingly solid realtor she would turn out to be. Danielle and her entire team at Eleven Real Estate Group, especially Jurg Spoerry, patiently walked me through every step of the process. Once they took on this job, the only thing that was important to them was to advise and advocate for my interests. What was in it for them was never a thing. My house, though charming, turned out to be rather difficult to sell. Among other issues, it became clear we needed to do a major repair to the septic system before we could sell the house – no quick or simple task in San Geronimo Valley. At this point Danielle and Jurg could have left me to deal with this on my own. It was clear to me that they would be doing more work to sell this house than the commission would ever be worth after the sale. But they pulled the listing off the MLS and began to spearhead the effort to pull together the engineer, contractor and the multitude of requisite county inspections and helped me navigate the arduous world of septic repair in Marin County. After the better part of a year, we were able to put the house back on the market and get the best possible deal I could have hoped for. In fact, for one of the smallest houses in Marin, I believe I got the highest price per square foot in the County. Danielle Salk and Eleven Real Estate Group say they want to be my realtor for life. Sounds good to me!

Danielle and Jurg from Eleven Real Estate just helped us sell our home in Mill Valley. We are SO glad that we chose them! Extremely professional and courteous, the entire process was smooth and transparent. Due to geographical barriers, our sale occurred on-line, yet this did not prevent a personal feel to the transaction and the attention to details. It is my firm believe that NO OTHER Real Estate agent/broker could have executed the sale of 19 Los Cedros as well as Danielle, Jurg and the team at Eleven Real Estate. Their endless patience, resources, vendors, pricing strategy, networks, social media, industry knowledge and the millions of other talents they have was THE reason the home sold as fast as it did and in our desired price point. Home sold within 5 days during July/August 2022 which was the start of a downturn in sales and increase in interest rates for the first time in years. The team was able to to adjust immediately. Jurg's work on the house, logistics and emails was a master piece! My family was truly impressed.
