Would give higher than 5 stars for Josh and his San Francisco real estate team if I could! Josh, Danielle and the agency were referred to me by a friend, and I'm glad I went with them. I've worked with real estate agents in the past who were little more than "show and tell" -- no help with research, negotiations, paperwork, updates, and listening to my needs. Josh went above and beyond to show me properties over a few different weeks, including the Thanksgiving holidays -- he helped me submit an offer for a Pacific Heights condo on the eve of Thanksgiving and negotiate the final price in a bidding competition over Thanksgiving itself. Normally, I would have thought this extreme, but it was a good decision to move immediately -- 3 days later, another unit in the building I was buying that had smaller square feet and a bad view went for 40k higher than the one I got. A month and a half earlier, an equivalent property as mine went for 150k higher. What clinched the deal was not only moving fast over a holiday, but also that he encouraged me to offer non-contingent and write a letter. I had never done this in the past when buying property, and was wondering if it was really necessary, and in the end, the sellers went with my offer because they liked my letter. Wow! I had no idea it would actually work. Josh also helped me close over the Christmas holidays so that I could move in on New Years Eve. To manage that, he did a lot of work coordinating with my lender and the title company. To top this all off, his real estate team surprised me with thoughtful gifts after the closing, including cookies, a stamp with my name and new address, high quality cutting board with my building's geographic coordinates, and champagne to celebrate. Thank you so much to Josh and the team -- will definitely be recommending them to any of my contacts in the future who are looking to buy a home in San Francisco and want to work with the best San Francisco real estate agent.

Working with Danielle was such a pleasure. We decided to sell our condo and were worried how the COVID market would affect the sale. Danielle came in and took the reigns. Her team developed a staging and listing plan to give us the best possible chance of success. She also advised us to use an aggressive pricing strategy to increase interest. Selling (or buying) a house is an adventure filled with excitement, as well as anxiety. After 17 years of owning a home in SF, our first, we wanted an agent that would help lead us, as well as partner with us, on this see-saw endeavor. Even though Danielle had smartly marketed to us for over a year, we interviewed several agents. For us, it was the cost-of-entry selection criteria that our listing agent knew the neighborhood, the market, the potential and the process. Clearly, Danielle had the credentials and capabilities to deliver on these elements. However, we were looking for that "something extra" - Fresh thinking, determination, flexibility, and a strong dash of reality - And, Danielle not only fit this extended profile perfectly, she exceeded it.
