It was quite scary to enter the crazy house market last year as first-time buyers. Daniella helped us ease the whole process with her extensive experience and expertise. She patiently answered our basic questions and quickly responded to our email/text, even after buying the house. She gave us excellent advice and help on the house inspection/financial/tax, etc. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience working with Daniella. My experience with Daniella was a perfect one. Homebuying is a confusing process for someone like me, and our situation was complicated by a program that assists teachers in this process. Daniella was not only helpful and availabe as I would expect any realtor to be, but she was exceptionally patient in explaining the process and in answering our questions--the same questions multiple times I believe--in a manner that was clear and concise. She was patient and "met us where we were at" in terms of the complexity of her responses. Where she moved from good to extraordinary was when we were confronted with an unusual title situation that threatened to derail the entire process just before closing. Where another realtor may have been passive in this situation, she actively contacted the city and co-investor and pushed to get things moving in our direction. Others involved in this process commented to us that she put a good deal of extra effort as she worked to get us into our home. I would recommend her services unconditionally.

Daniella is the best! We have bought two homes and sold one with her. All three experiences were wonderful. Buying and selling a home is a big deal and trusting your agent is key. Daniella is incredibly organized and on top of everything. We always felt like we were in good hands and could trust that she had our best interest at heart.
