Dan was willing to act as a manager of our furnished home for two years until we were willing and able to sell. He found insurance companies that needed to relocate families who had lost their homes due to fire, flood, or other damages. This worked well and we had an income while caring for our mother until she passed living closer to us. His patience, professional manner and work ethic was so outstanding that there were no problems. When we sold, we were happy he was on the job, because he went above and beyond our expectations. He helped to get estate sales people to empty the remaining furniture, bedding etc. He met with anyone interested, and sold our home above the asking price in less than a week. I recommend him without reservations for all real estate needs. He's got the expertise, energy and personality to do the job better than anyone I've met or had work for me.
