My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Cynthia to discuss selling our home. She was by far the most prepared, knowledgeable, and professional of the agents we spoke with. Cynthia went into great detail on how she lists and sells homes - marketing, social media, open houses and virtual open houses ... all of it, and boy were we lucky to have her! Shortly after putting our home on the market the Covid-19 pandemic began. She used her savvy social media skills to get us a buyer. Cynthia has so many great qualities! She is very friendly, attentive, responsive, reliable, calm, extremely helpful, just to name a few. If you are looking for an agent that will go above and beyond, look no further, Cynthia is your girl! Once we were in escrow it was time to find a condo for rent - Cynthia’s email notifications for rentals in our area helped tremendously! Working with Cynthia was such a great experience! The entire process was so seamless and perfect there's literally nothing I can complain about. Home buying is super scary but she made it seem so enjoyable and fun! Her positive attitude is contagious. She is the most patient and friendliest person! If there were any questions my parents or I had regarding the home or the home buying process, she was very quick to respond and explained everything in a way it was easy to understand. She is always available at any time for a phone call or text. Sometimes she would even pick up my calls and work with me late night! She really puts all of her effort into the convenience of her clients. She is also super informative about the housing market and all the in and outs about real estate. So any question or concern I brought up to her, she would provide me with plenty of insightful information and advice. Since this was my first home purchase, she gave me lots of handouts of information that was useful to know during the home buying process. And made sure my parents and I were both comfortable every step of the way. She would often give us updates on how the paperwork is going and if I had any questions, etc. We also worked with her husband, Terry, as our loan agent. It was also an amazing experience working with him! He found us the BEST RATES and fought for us every step of the way!
