Custom Concept Collision is a family-owned auto body shop and a resident of Oak Park, MI since 2008. Our collision shop is grounded in the belief that community comes first. I highly recommend Custom Concept Collision. As a perfectionist, I was so impressed by the level of artisanal craftsmanship. Carlos did a phenomenal job matching the paint of my orange Pontiac Vibe and repairing/replacing my quarter panel and bumper after a hit and run accident. It is as if the damage never happened. It took three tries to get the alignment right, since my rear wheel rim and axle had to be replaced, but they only charged me for the first one, and I am satisfied with the final result. They also double checked my gas gauge and cleaned the float since it didn't seem to be reading right. The quote came in just under the quote from my insurance company, and it took about three weeks. I am so grateful to have found a mechanic I can trust. Steve was so kind and courteous over the phone and in person and Isaac drove me to the rental car place. All around great guys.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job on my car!! They were able to save me some money and it really felt like they had my best interests in mind. The staff was kind and welcoming and Carlos explained everything he did so I was in the loop. And my car looks great :)

The team at Custom Concept Collision was beyond helpful. I had lost a piece of jewelry and called them on my way back from work hoping they could help. They were able to get me in quickly and solve my issue within a matter of minutes. I am incredibly grateful that they we able to assist me as the piece of jewelry I lost was a precious family heirloom. Highly recommend and will use in the future for my other vehicle needs.
