We have had a positive experience here. Charlie and his receptionist have been very polite and helpful. We had good credit, good rental history, and over the income they ask for. We applied and got approved within 3 days! Had a very easy, positive experience and now we have a home! I also love the rental website they use to view houses! Makes it much more convenient! Editing to add: 3 years later, still in the same home! Easy to inform them if something needs to be fixed. I have had zero issues so far! Editing to add 2/28/22: Charlie helped us in buying a home as we trusted him. He has been nothing but fantastic. I trust him so much, I know I could call and ask for assistance with any repair and he would know what number to give me. Absolutely fantastic.
