Critter Caretakers saved my buttt!!!!They came through for me when I needed it most!! After being hospitalized urgently, I needed someone to look after my little girl, Penelope, who was only 5 months. The owner, Tony, went above and beyond to help and get a sitter over to my pup within an hour of calling!! I really can't say enough good things about everyone there. It really put me at ease as the sitters shared their visits with me and sent me photos at each visit!! Might I say, they are some good photographers, as well!! I highly suggest giving them a call for your next puppy sitting, you will not be disappointed!! As you can see from the picture, this is also a Penelope approved review!! Lilly took care of my rescue pup Sulley and my blue iguana Turquois while I was away for the Memorial Day weekend. She sent lots of photos and updates and I could tell my critters were in good hands. I now feel confident leaving my kids in their care and I will surely use them on my next trip out of town. Tony and Liza have gone above and beyond to help find us a sitter on short notice. And our sitter Jazmen was the perfect fit for our two "monster " Bostons. LOL! They really connected with her as well as our two chihuahuas.Highly recommend Critter Caretakers to anyone needing in home pet sitting! Had the most wonderful experience with this company. Tony and Liza were so good with my sometimes "bitey, scratchy" kitty. They knew just what to do and the updates and pictures every day warmed my heart. I even learned a method or two to keep my kitty happy. I cannot say enough good things about this business and the owners. They are very quick to respond to my inquiries and have always been able to fit me into their schedule even with very little notice. I feel they treat your fur babies as their own. What sets them apart from services I have used in the past are their detailed visit summaries. It is reassuring when I am hundreds or thousands of miles away to get a summary of the daily visit with pictures - it is often the best part of my day and also relieves my mind to see they are being looked after so competently and reliably. Had a great experience with CC. They are very professional and organized. It was a nice change for me to have the agency send a prescreened sitter who could accommodate my needs.rather than scrolling through pages of potential sitters on other websites...which is just exhausting and overwhelming.My sitter, Bonnie, took excellent care of my pets and my home. I had daily detailed updates on how each of my 4 pets was doing. She sent me an update each evening letting me know she had arrived, which is much appreciated.I highly recommend CC if you want peace of mind that your pets are in good hands while you're away!. I have used other Pet sitting services in the past, but was having trouble finding a sitter, you cannot talk to a person or have to pay a fee to search. Not with Critter Caretakers. I was immediately invited to chat online with Tony and then a phone call for the details. Karen is the best sitter ever, you can tell she loves animals. Our cats were happy and well cared for, just as if we were home. I liked the daily texts and pics. Will use Critter caretakers again and Karen is our go to choice. Critter Caretakers is simply wonderful! They took care of my 8 cats and fish tank for 7 days - no easy task! From the office staff to my caretaker (Betty), everyone was very professional and responsive. I am very impressed with the company. Betty was knowledgeable about cats, and most of my kitties warmed up to her quickly. I got updates and photos everyday, which gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this organization to anyone who wants quality care for their non-human family members. Hello, I used to have friends/family stay at my house to watch my Daisy and Jaxon. I prefer that my kids remain in their comfortable and familiar surroundings in lieu of outside pet kennels when I'm on travel. Critter Caretakers have been my outstanding partner caring for my kids. My experience from speaking with Liza and Tony initially to receiving updates and photos from an amazing sitter have been exceptional and fun to read. When I arrived home from travel, Daisy and Jaxon greeted me and as their Mom, I could tell they were much loved and well fed. They are always responsive and communicative, and I always feel safe leaving my animals in their care. From Mesa to Tempe, they have helped me in both places I’ve lived in the valley. Love them! I was hesitant at first to have someone staying in my home while I was out of town but I didn’t want my babies in a kennel. Tony was wonderful, we had a meeting prior to him watching my pups and I felt comfortable knowing that the dogs would be in good hands. I wasn’t disappointed, Tony sent photos and gave updates several times a day, it made me feel like I was still there. I had a wonderful vacation, I will definitely use them again! This company is amazing!!! We were taking a last minute trip and had to scramble for a dog sitter for our 2 puppies. Spoke with Liza, the owner, who was extremely helpful and put me at ease that the dogs would be taken care of. Betty came to the house and watched our puppies, she was incredible! Sent me pictures and updates all along the way, she really loved being with the dogs. On our road trip back we got a flat tire and ended up getting back several hours after we were expected. Called Betty and she came back to the house to let the dogs out, no questions asked. Liza even called to check in and make sure we made it back home safely. Amazing company, amazing people! Thank you so much for everything!!!! Amazing company! Our pet sitter, Bonnie, would sent us updates and photos each visit, which was lovely. She followed our instructions and would play with our kitties each visit which was great because they have tons of energy. We could tell our cats were very happy and playful with her. We thank you very much and we really appreciate it! Bonnie was wonderful with my 3 cats and little dog. One cat and the dog have serious medical conditions which require special food and medications 2x a day. I was stressing before my trip about that, as well as the feeding logistics. Critter Caretakers made sure they sent someone who is well experienced with all aspects of their needs. Communication was excellent before, during and after my travel. Very happy with the owners of this company and their service. Critter Care takers are wonderful pet sitters! They are carrying towards my 3 fur babies, professional and very informative on visit follow up reports. I would strongly recommend them. Kathy is great! She’s watched ours the last two times and always does an awesome job.
