Took them 5 months to come to my home to get things set up there was an issue and they said they will help and 4 more months without hearing from them. Then I received a letter threatening to sue if I don’t pay when they haven’t even called me.Call to talk to find a resolution and they just brushed us off they were not accountable for their mistakes. JOHN ROCKET2 StarInitially they started out wonderful, but you can't get rid of. and thy keep asking you for money. I had them install an alarm with a home I had built and the agreement was that they monitor it for 3 years. My 3 years ended in January 2021 and I asked them to cancel my service 3 times now and they ignore my requests and continue to bill me. They were a great company, but this activity of them reaching into my wallet when I no longer want to do business with them is no different then they breaking into my home and stealing from me. How ironic for an alarm service. Use caution when working with them. They are small and hungry for your money. I see a lot of people with similar complaints I suggest that we get together and file a class action lawsuit against them as it seems to be a business practice of theirs .
