Jaime and her staff have been uniformly pleasant, understanding, and helpful regarding aides for our 92 yo father. I recommend anyone with questions regarding their aging loved ones’ care needs to contact them without hesitation.

I’m posting this, my first and only review of anything, while sitting in the ER with my father. With some time to reflect while I wait for his CT scan results I wanted to express my long overdue appreciation for the wonderfully caring staff at Comfort Keepers. The last several years have been challenging, but far less so because of the quality of care they provide for my Dad.

Hiring a perfect stranger to assist with the care of my 96 year old mother was not a responsibility I took lightly. Comfort Keepers introduced me to Cheryl who has made a positive difference in my mother's life. She is professional, warm, understanding, patient and reliable. I have great feeling of inner peace when I know that Cheryl is there. Kudos to Comfort Keepers for finding someone so superlative!

Comfort Keepers of New Castle, DE is a 10 STAR service! 5 stars is not enough to rate the superior care we are receiving from Comfort Keepers. This is the third home health aid service we have used since 2014 and in comparison to what we received before, this is is off the chart super high quality. Most of the home health aid companies will excel in office staff or the quality of the aids; Comfort Keepers gets a A+ in both! The owner is caring and often times picks up the phone herself. She is involved in the day to day operation. The office staff is amazingly caring and responsive. The aids are high quality RN's and CNA's that know how to connect with my Mom and treat her dignity and respect. They show up on time and have a "will do" attitude. My Mom would not be able to maintain her independence without this service and I would lose my mind if I didn't have their help. We also have a personalized website where we can access the work schedule and see who is coming and when. This is awesome! We also received care during the Christmas and New Years holidays which was impressive. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers of New Castle, DE. They are a life saver for me and my Mom.
