Colleen is an amazing realtor!! I would full heartily recommend to anyone in the real estate market. Colleen is very professional and personable. I felt like I was talking to one of my best friends throughout the entire process. Colleen was able to understand exactly what I wanted in a house, find the house in a sellers market, and close the deal. She went above and beyond the entire time!! I was a first time home buyer and Colleen remained patient and explained the entire home buying process in a way I could understand. I worked with other realtors prior to Colleen, and I felt confused and anxious the entire time. Colleen broke down the process for me and made sure I knew what was happening and what I needed to do throughout the entire process. Colleen also made sure I felt comfortable and calmed my nerves anytime I began to feel anxious. She gave me advise from a businesslike prospective while keeping my personal feelings and fears in mind. I am so grateful I had Colleen on my team during the process! I couldn’t of asked for a better realtor and representative! I will definitely be using her in the future for selling or buying any real estate properties.
