Kayse Ray1 StarNever move out... or In, for that matter. They will rape you for your entire deposit. I lived there for almost 4 years, never late on my payment, only needed them to fix my heater once, basically never complained about anything. & when I was moving out I spent over 12hr cleaning that place, by myself, from top to bottom to make sure I got the deposit back. Walls: Bleached baseboard&all, Floors: Bleached & paid someone to clean carpets (fyi the carpet guy congratulated me on how clean the house was when he went there, told me it's the best house he's seen people move out of&would give a good word to the rental agencie(guess that didn't happen)). I will admit I forgot the oven&I am sorry about that (I could have come clean it) but they will still send a cleaner to do your ENTIRE home NO MATTER WHAT & charge you for it $175 to be exact. .... They never did a Move In walk through with me when I moved in so, HOW CAN YOU CLAIM THAT'S HOW THE HOUSE WAS TO BEGIN WITH? This is my first life lesson using a rental place&I will never do it again. All they want to do is take your money& be shady to good people who never gave them ANY ISSUES. They also, charged for a dog smell & feces as well. .... tell me how, when my dog hasen't even been on that property for over a year! ! & When they did the "pre move out inspection" the girl there didn't see any feces. .. but all of a sudden there's some there? Interesting.
Always take pictures when you leave, cause that was my mistake, being a first time renter, assuming it's WAY BETTER than when I received the property 4 years ago... &that's what the paper states "leave it like you got it", I did BETTER & they don't know that, or care....
