Mike is a beyond amazing guy. Not only is he honest but he is also caring. He helped us get my home and even helped the somewhat hard to deal with family who was leaving when their agent essentially wrote them off. Then a year later when an elderly neighbor list her husband he helped her sell the house and even cleaned it up a bit for her as she couldn’t. He is an all-around good guy and excellent real estate agent.

Absolutely disagree with any negative reviews! Mike was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process, even after we closed escrow. As a first time homebuyer, my boyfriend did not know what to expect, and Mike was happy to show us the ropes. By utilizing his negotiation skills he was able to get us our house well below list price. He went above and beyond our expectations and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Not someone I would have represent me in such a big decision as buying or selling a home. He kept telling us what we wanted rather than listening to our needs. Very caught up in himself and arrogant. Doesn't go the extra mile as other agents do. We ended up going to another agent and got more than we thought we could get. The other agent saved us time and money not mention the agent gave us a great experience. Would not recommend Mike Pigg to any family or friends.
