Definitely overpriced $600 for diagnostic, to change 1 spark plug, and ignition coil! How much do they market up parts? Spark plugs are $10 max and thats on the high-end Ignition coil 75 high-end 85 for parts,which, 115 diagnostic which is not bad, some may need to investigate this business. update: getting same service done all 4 spark plugs(instead of one) and ignition coil done for $218 from another licensed mechanic, I'd suggest shop around before you go to this place!

I have a very busy schedule during the day and was unable to make it to Clark's Auto during their operating hours. The convenience of the key drop is amazing, as well as the pick up of my vehicle. Service was much faster than I thought, and cheaper than other shops I have visited. They were very polite, understanding, and accommodating on the telephone. 10/10 recommend. My only complaint was that I didn't get to meet and thank them in person because of my work day.
