My experience with Chris and his team was phenomenal. I was referred to Chris by a good friend of mine who utilized his services when she purchased her home. As a first time home buyer who had minimal insight and knowledge of the process, Chris was professional, patient, enthusiastic and helpful in demystifying the house hunting and purchase process. When we initially connected, he was focused on understanding what our needs and wants were, including our ideal neighborhoods. He's also very knowledgeable when it came to the East Bay communities I was looking in. When we got pre-approved and started our house hunting process, Chris and his team worked so quickly and efficiently to ensure that we got into the homes we were interested in touring. I had some pretty specific preferences for my ideal home, and we were able to work with and stick to my desired budget. He communicated so well and updated me regularly. He provided realistic expectations on the process, and worked with me. I'm proud to say that our first and only offer we put in was accepted the week of Thanksgiving and we closed shortly after Christmas. Without Chris' guidance and keen negotiation experience, we would not have been able to draft such a competitive offer and close on my top choice home! Throughout the escrow process, Chris was communicative and advocated for me. He worked well with the loan officer and title company as well. He was so willing to educate and explain to me all the questions I had. I would not hesitate to call Chris and his team again for my future home buying/selling needs. My husband and I recently worked with Chris to sell our condo we’ve owned for 5 years. Chris was actually the realtor who helped us purchase the condo 5 years ago, so we knew we had to work with him again. Chris and his team are so helpful, responsive and made sure we were guided through the home selling process every step of the way. We listed our condo in December and had around 15 showings the weekend we listed on the market. A few days later, we received multiple offers and accepted an offer $62k over listing price! This was all thanks to Chris’s recommendations of deep cleaning and staging. Chris is now helping my husband and I close on our new home! A new home build that is expected to be complete this Spring. When I decided to sell my house I researched various real estate companies and decided on Compass because of their reputation. I found Chris online as someone who worked for them and I was impressed with his great reviews. After his initial presentation I was again impressed with his philosophy and how he assured me that he was going to do his utmost in obtaining the best price point in the sale of the house. As a result I was very happy with the sale price. From the beginning of the process he was most importantly professional , kept me updated with all the necessary information, answered all my questions ( which I had many!), reassured me and kept me calm honestly through one of the most trying experiences that I've ever had. The negotiation process with the various bidders and finally with the actual buyer was handled with again great professionalism and as a result he was able to negotiate $100,000 above asking price. I would highly recommend Chris and his group (shout out to Angelica) for someone who will represent your specific situation, whatever the case it may be. He will 110% have your back.

Chris and his team are true professionals. We had experience with Chris when we were buying our home, and when we decided to sell, we knew to reach out to him and his team. Chris was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. We asked him every question we could think of (sometimes two and three times for the same question) and he was always quick to respond. He did not push us into any decisions, just laid out facts and let us decide. If we weren't moving out of state, we would use Chris and his team again to find our next new home.
