I cannot say enough good things about Chris Johnston. He was the absolute best person to help me and my husband purchase our first house in 2017. We were new to Memphis and his knowledge of the area was invaluable. Our experience was so good, it was a no brainer who to call when it came time to sell house number one and upgrade to our second house in early 2021! Chris helped my husband and I buy our first home and he was fantastic to work with! Buying a house (especially for first timers) can be so overwhelming and a bit intimidating, but Chris made the whole process feel like a breeze. He was very helpful, full of knowledge, and always willing to answer our many (many) questions. He was very upfront with us about how it could take awhile to find a house in this crazy market and encouraged us to be patient, that we will find the right one for us. Fortunately, it did not take that long, and he helped us secure the perfect starter home for us. 10/10 we would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a new place to call home! Chris was very knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to show me new homes. He took the time to figure out what I wanted and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Chris was able to talk to me about the different homes, areas, and maintenance that would potentially be required for each home we looked at. Chris was always responsive and willing to help out, I really appreciate all of the time that he put in helping me find my new home. I would highly recommend using Chris!

More than 10 years ago I had to move my Mother from Memphis to Atlanta to live with me due to her declining health. Chris helped with the move preparation as well handling the sale of her home in a seamless and no-stress manner for me and my Mom since I was located in another city. Fast forward more than 10 years later and Chris helped me again with the selling of my home in Atlanta so I could make a move back to my hometown of Memphis. Not only did he advise on the sale of my Atlanta home in the midst of pandemic driven market craziness and multiple offers but showed his in depth Memphis market skill and knowledge by finding me an off-market condo and negotiated a smoking good deal directly with the seller.
