We thought we were clever and finding our own listings online and in the end she found something we would've never considered and we ended up buying it. Ching was very patient. She was good at listening to us and helping to narrow down what was important to us. She found us the perfect house with what we wanted. She is so kind and thoughtful. Just a wonderful human being. Will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Ching was great. We thought we were clever and able to find all the homes we wanted to see online, but Ching regularly found us additional homes that we hadn't seen, as well as helped us think outside of our original constraints on what we wanted to find. She also had insights into some of the homes we passed on while searching online and was able to explain why it would be worth considering or viewing. Ultimately, she found something we would NEVER have found on our own and we are very happy where we ended up. She is willing to ask other realtors the tough questions that we wanted to know but were too shy to ask. She's bold and unafraid! Truly an ally in our search for a home. She was understanding when we felt a counter-offer was too high and helped us hold our ground, even if it meant we didn't win those offers. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family and trust that she will work very hard to help them find the right fit at a fair price.

Ching is amazing! She is super knowledgeable, patient, and made my first-time homebuying experience very enjoyable. She always went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. Ching helped me buy a townhouse last year. She is super knowledgable and is always willing to do the most for her clients. I did not know where to start at all, how much I could afford, and she led me step by step to finding the perfect house for me! She kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, helping me find a good lender, inspectors, contractors. I am so glad I had Ching by my side through this whole thing. I have never heard of a realtor diving in like Ching! She became a friend! She helped us prep the house for an amazing sale! Painting, packing and cleaning right along side of us. Then when the sale was considerably higher than asking!! I was blown away. Then she stepped in and helped us find a realtor in another state to make our transition easier. She is a trustworthy and reliable realtor. Going with anyone else makes no sense. She works hard for the client…I can say that honestly as I was one!!! Best realtor EVER!!!
