Jason Smith5 StarI purchased my first home this summer and can’t imagine a better realtor to have guided me through the process than Don. He was incredibly helpful from before we started looking at MLS listings until well after the purchase was complete.
Don was always quick to answer my questions (even at odd hours of the day), and also good at giving me answers to the questions I didn’t realize I should be asking. He kept me on track while wading through all the inspections and paperwork and many other steps in the process, and went out of his way to make things easier for me, while also giving detailed answers when I needed them.
In addition to his great work ethic and knowledge of realty, it was always fun talking with Don. He’s a very warm and genuine person, and is never lacking for a funny or interesting story to share, no matter the topic. He’s a Humboldt County native, so he really knows the area well, and people would frequently stop him to say hi when we were out and about. He surprised me with a very cool and thoughtful gift after the purchase was complete too!
