He was always available to answer questions and walk us through the complexities of a California sale.

Prior to listing our family home, he gave expert advice on what to do to our home to make it ready to sell and have buyer appeal. Once the house was listed, it was off to the races. Chase and his team really battled through the escrow process for us. He really impressed me during the intense offer negation phase when we were dealing with difficult buyers/realtors. We ended up with a quick 19 day escrow and sold for above the asking price. Chase was constantly available throughout the whole process and very prompt with his correspondence.
