Charter Electric was very responsive. Had them scheduled in no time for a switch replacement/expansion, installation of a ceiling fan and installation of outlet for TV mount (job also included installation of mount). Estevan arrived on time and his work was excellent and very tidy. Will definitely keep Charter Electric on my list of preferred contractors.

Got told my appointment was noon by Scott. At one o’clock I said thank you for standing me up. They then said they had a window of a few hours. Would have been nice to know that. My time is valuable too. Very unprofessional.

Charter exceeded all expectations and I can't recommend them highly enough. Joe took care of some difficult Ethernet runs for security cameras (2nd story interior to 1st story exterior). I thought it would require external conduit, but he was able to keep everything inside house up until the termination point. The work was professional, clean, timely, and fairly priced.

After years of using this company. For both our homes and business. When we arrived back to our business after being gone for several days. We had no A/C. We called and on three occasions in a week, 3 NO SHOWS!!! JUST EXCUSES. Trying to operate a Hair Salon with no air conditioning is impossible. In this economy loosing a week of revenue is extremely hard. Don't be disappointed. Contact GROVES ELECTRIC ask for Chris or John.
