wanted to try the large old school . the food was good but for the price i paid was very disappointing. sandwich is much smaller than expected for the $14. price. just be prepared to spend a lot of money for a little bit of food. not worth it.

Charlie's has always made really good Philly steak sandwiches, I've been eating here since 1996 when I first moved to Florida and I've never once been disappointed. They taste great! The prices are a little steep for a sandwich but the food is really good so I guess it's worth it. At least it's worth it to me. I'm a traditional Philly guy so I've been ordering the same original Philly cheesesteak for the past 25 years. Never tried the chicken Philly and probably never will. Now they have their different variety of lemonades too which is great because I'm trying to get away from the soda. Bottom line is until someone proves they can make a better Philly steak, I'll be coming to Charlie's

If my wife's first experience is any indication the employees need to learn the difference between chicken and pigeon. They might want to learn how to cook and a math class would be a benefit. My wife ordered two orders of chicken wings, 10 each. The first thing I noticed was the wings were not small, they were tiny. The next was that each order only had 9 wings instead of 10 ( helps the profit margin I guess). Then we bit in. It was like bitting a stone. They gave us our money back, grudgingly, and not a single apology.
