Phil5 StarHaving Monica represent us in selling our property is the best experience we have had with a realtor. She is honest, professional, energetic, ethical and always considered our best interest.
We met Monica at an open house on a Saturday near where we owned rental property. We were looking for a realtor as well as what was currently available in the market. When we walked out of the open house we both knew we wanted Monica as our agent.
The following Monday Monica called and we set up an appointment to meet with her at our vacant rental on Tuesday. The very next day on Wednesday she arranged a "soft" staging and had a professional photographer take pictures as well as a video. It appeared on Zillow and Redfin the next day. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday she held open houses with over 75 families attending. On Monday, only nine days from our first contact with Monica, we had 9 (nine!) offers over the asking price.
Monica continued to work on the offers and kept us advised throughout the process. We closed in what felt like record time,
