Watch out for “bait and switch” with this company. They made an offer “as is” then asked for every little thing they could find saying it was because it was such a good offer. If it was such a good offer why include “as is.” I wish I had refused and taken another (actually a little higher) offer but I was selling the house myself and was very tired of the whole process. Another of their realtors was “unofficially” representing his mother in law and did not provide a copy of my inspection report for more than a month even though I requested it from my “friend.” I highly recommend using another company.

I was a first time caller and although the agent couldn't help me get what I was hoping for that day, she was most helpful in explaining some important points I needed to know. She also is currently looking out for potential sales I may be interested in.

I entered my home today to fine a Century 21 Realtor's card in my kitchen! This is trespassing! There was no for sale sign (not that it matters). How can a person feel that they have the right to enter a home without permission. When I do have the home ready to put on the market, I definitely will not do business with this broker!
