HE’S IT!! Carlos is the realtor agent we all wish and hope to find! He helped my husband and I find and close on our first home :’) Our journey was a long 9 month roller coaster that started January 2021 and ended in September 2021, anyone home shopping knows this is a tough year and market to buy in, but Carlos made this process a great one. We never lost faith in him, our lender, or on our dream. He’s beyond professional and efficient at his job, he works with a passion and we saw that every step of the way. Carlos was great! What can I say, by far the best experience I couldn’t hoped for. Carlos was there every step of the way. Educated me, answered any and all questions I had, any concerns, he was always available. He sold my house and found me my new home. Started my process in November and moved into my new home in January. Can’t wait to purchase my next home. I know who I’m calling! Would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

I am start off by how I met Carlos. My neighbors where selling their home at the time, so I decided to call and get informed of the cost. From the first time I met Carlos I knew he was the person to work with. Right away Carlos made us feel secure. Not only that but Carlos takes the time to educate you, he is very humble, professional and speaks really good English and Spanish. As a first time buyers it was scary to start this home buying process but with Carlos and Erica help the process was smooth. Carlos is also very patient, he never made me feel ignorant or dumb for asking him 100 questions and also asking the same question over and over.
