I was a first time home buyer and I was recommended Calvin from a family friend. I must say that he made it so that the transaction was super-smooth on my end and was willing to answer any newbie questions I had. He was always available/reliable when any issues came up and gave sound advice when it came to making offers on homes. His recommended lenders also had by far the cheapest rates. Where do I begin? I recently sold my home with Calvin's help and I could not have asked for a smoother process or better outcome. And by that I mean Calvin far exceeded all expectations. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with SF's real estate market, as well as personable, attentive, and extremely hardworking. As someone who is very "green" to the process, I had a lot of questions and needed guidance. Not only did Calvin give me solid advice about how I should prepare the house for sale, he orchestrated the whole thing. We painted, refinished the floors, updated the bathroom and kitchen, replaced the light fixtures (which Calvin chose and had delivered to his own house), did numerous minor repairs, and staged. I'm probably forgetting something! Calvin was at my house everyday overseeing this, and because he is so well-connected, this was all done in a span of three weeks! The place looked unrecognizable. Within a week of listing, I had 17 offers. There is just no way things would have turned out so well had I not had an expert like Calvin to work with. I am beyond grateful to Calvin as this sale was life changing, and I recommend him to anyone.

Calvin helped me sell a property in San Francisco. The process was quick, he was reliable, and the property was sold at the price I wanted. He was referred to me by a friend. Since the first day working with him, I realized how reliable he is. I try to understand everything which creates a lot of questions. Calvin was always available to answer my phone calls, even outside of business hours. Rarely, has my phone calls reached his voicemail, and if it does, he responds within minutes. Calvin would go above and beyond. My journey involved over 80 documents. These documents are riddled with real estate jargon, some even google didn’t know how to explain. Without hesitation, Calvin patiently explained these documents to me page by page. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful, and I am glad I had chosen him to help me. Anytime there was work that needed to be done, he would do it without question. He would personally come to me to pick up any hard copy paperwork needed. He handled all documents, escrow, and meetings with the buyers, buyer’s real estate agent, to the point where I had little to nothing to worry about. At the same time, I was always kept in the loop, never missing any details. Whenever there was an issue, he was quick to resolve it. Halfway through the process, I realized I forgot to mention specific details about the property that should have been mentioned in the beginning. I worried the buyer would have doubts. After explaining my situation to Calvin, he quickly resolved with the buyer and buyer’s agent. The buyers were very understanding and cooperative, largely due to Calvin’s promptness and professionalism to the matter. I would definitely use his service again in the future.
