I rented an apartment from them a couple years ago. They tried to deny me of a service animal. They tried to claim things that were wrong with the unit was my fault (it was there when I moved in) they didn’t even do a move in walk through with me. Frankie rarely got back to me I always had to catch the apartment owner when he stopped by. Tried to over charge until we had to have a person contact them to dispute the claims. She charges for a professional cleaning service when it was literally her and one person cleaning the places

Mr Dach and his company has no regard for the rentals they manage only the money they collect. Not even any consideration for the neighborhoods their rentals are in. His communication skills are manipulative and offensive.

Purchased a home through California Lifestyle Realty and it was great. Showed me a variety of houses until I found the one I wanted. Were very helpful with all the paperwork and mortgage process. Would definitely use them again. Austin was great.

Shady people, had to argue with them about being overcharged, finally told them they were at their ledger... why argue if you're not at the numbers? Tried to rip us of over $400. Then mailed my deposit to the house I had rented from them....
