I had my KIA OPTIMA Frontend replaced last year and it looks very nice.Also I had another Car, Honda CR-V Front Grill Replaced this Year , and they did another Fantastic job on it! The service was good. The customer representative were polite and explained everything in details. The car was delivered within time and they did a good job of repairing to give the car same feel and experience as before. I had a collision damage and on delivery the car looked as good as new. All body parts changed were mounted expertly. The car was cleaned and detailed before delivery. The entire experience was very smooth. Although I didn't use rental they have a tie up with enterprise for rental services and you can get a car in the shop itself which is good so customer dont have to really depend on others to get them to and fromthe shop.

I had used this place in the past and they were great, until Caliber took over. I swear they are owned by the insurance company. Always cutting corners. Will not be back.
