Becarful of these realtors there, Calah Granger and Alec Hutton. They will promise you everything in order to get the deal done, after close escrow, they denied their promises. I am not sure other realtor agent's knowledge at that firm, but Alec has no experience at ALL. He told me that we could build the storage house by the Dock, he also told me that there are no property tax for the Dock... I found out that all of those information are incorrect. I screenshoot our conversation that they promise to pay for the electrical panel and credit me $10,000 from their commission. Now they deny the promise. Very tricky and not honest. I hope this information can help anyone who are trying to find a realiable agent to help you to get the house up on the mountaint.

I highly recommend working with Calah, for multiple reasons. She was very patient and thorough with showing us houses, especially in the demanding market we were up against. Me and my husband both felt she really took her time with us. She made sure to get us in a perfect home for our family. What we really loved and felt comfortable with was that she grew up on this mountain so she knew all the great spots, perfect for us.
