Cal Coast properties deserves a full 5 star rating or above in how they helped me with selling my Dads home. They handled everything, even the work needed on the home to bring it up to selling quality, which I was able to pay back through Escrow with no interest! Ted personally spent hours at the house making sure each detail was perfect and Katrina and Ted both kept me informed every step of the way! I got the price we were hoping for on the home, and felt secure and protected every step! I highly recommend this company!!

Brandi Dodson was a true pleasure and professional to work with in finding the perfect home for us in the area. Through every step in the process, she was highly available and showed us many homes for sale in the area during hours that were convenient for us and worked around our schedule. Her knowledge of the local market was impressive and in making several prior offers, she provided excellent guidance at what to make the offer at, taking into consideration price, closing costs, and comparable recent sales in the area. She proved to be highly available through text, email, and phone and was completely honest with us at every point – something I found not be true in every realtor in the area. Not only was Brandi amazing at accommodating us during the house searching process, but the Real Estate Brokerage Company she works for, Cal Coastal Properties, is surprisingly amazing as well. They go above and beyond by physically helping you move your possessions from your old home to your new one. I also understand they provide help in rehabilitating “fixer-upper” properties as well. As Cal Coastal goes above and beyond, so does Brandi. Her husband, an experienced builder and contractor, would come with her many times to the homes we looked at and suggest upgrades, fixes, and associated pricing for these services. Ultimately in our purchased home, he is helping us convert large room into a separate unit that could be rented out, complete with kitchen and bathroom. And lastly, instead of just handing us the keys after the deal closed, Brandi and her husband celebrated with us as we “popped the cork” and enjoyed good food and company. Brandi would be my first and only recommendation to anybody searching for a home in the area, as well as Cal Coastal Properties.
