Well let me tell you about our experience I Spoke to Rose a very unprofessional and under educated person when it comes to customer service 😡 our 40 yard bin was 22feet in length & 5ft 2 inches tall the average size from the ground should be 8ft and it was 7.25ft missing 10inches in height 😡. Here response was that they were longer and after measuring it they were not she said it was wider and the were not 😡 after asking her if we could talk to the supervisor she said that the ton amount was the same for all trash bins?? We aren’t using it for concert Rose we are using it for the space paying $991 for a 40yard I believe there’s something you can do or a discount but professional isn’t something they can give. Only need the money with no sense of helping out the community. I suggest to go to a smaller local business for these kinds of things because these companies don’t care. No need for a feed back response saying you apologize you guys had your chance! Rose is a horrible customer service rep 🤢

Great place to pick up compost for $10.00 per yard and it's a heavy yard. You will find a few bits of plastic but not much and the compost is hot when they load it so spread it out and rake or till it in before planting in it or you might burn out your seeds or seedlings. Happy gardening.

Terrible customer service, my bin was open a inch and they refused to pick up, said they would come back and did not, don’t know why the city of riverside got rid of waste management, they are a great company and helped all the time, burred is terrible and rude and does not do what they say

Timing is crucial, if you wait till noon to drop off your load you will wait in a long line. The employees really work hard to organize the traffic and make the service move as efficiently as possible. They definitely need one more weigh scales to make exiting more efficient. The cashier was friendly and fast to get the lines moving. I will keep this place in mind the next time I have to drop off large amounts of trash.
